Kenapa Menikah Butuh Vaksin ?

Saat menyambut pernikahan, kita akan mempersiapkan segalanya. Mulai dari venue (Tenda atau Gedung), tata rias, konsumsi, hingga tempat parkir tamu. Namun berapa banyak dari kita sudah concern  terhadap vaksinasi sebelum pernikahan?

Padahal vaksinasi sebelum pernikahan itu sangatlah penting. Saat menjalani hubungan pernikahan, kita berbagi semuanya, termasuk virus atau bakteri penyebab penyakit dengan orang baru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kita. Bukan kami menganggap Anda atau pasangan memiliki virus penyakit tertentu, tapi beberapa virus bahkan bisa hinggap dan menginfeksi kita tanpa perlu ada sentuhan. Kita tidak akan pernah tahu kapan virus atau bakteri tertentu hinggap pada tubuh kita atau pasangan dan akhirnya saling menulari satu sama lain.

Vaksin / Imunisasi Wajib Sebelum Menikah

Berikut adalah list / daftar imunisasi yang wajib kita dapatkan sebelum pernikahan :

  1. Tdap (Tetanus, Difteri, Pertusis)
  2. MMR / Mumps, Measles, Rubella (Campak, Gondongan, Campak Jerman)
  3. HPV (Kanker Serviks)
  4. Varicella (Cacar Air)
  5. Hepatitis B

Syarat Imunisasi Pranikah

Beberapa penyakit di atas, seperti cacar air dan campak jerman sangat berbahaya jika menjangkit ibu hamil, terutama pada usia kehamilan tertentu. Oleh karena itu vaksin-vaksin ini haruslah diberikan sebelum kehamilan untuk memastikan ibu dan si janin aman dari infeksi penyakit-penyakit tersebut.

Namun perlu diperhatikan bahwa beberapa vaksin di atas memerlukan hingga 3 kali suntik dengan jarak dari suntikan pertama ke suntikan ketiga mencapai 6 bulan. Karenanya sangatlah direkomendasikan bagi para calon pengantin untuk mulai melengkapi imunisasi pranikahnya paling lambat 6 bulan sebelum pernikahan dan belum mengandung saat mendapatkan rangkaian imunisasi di atas.

Jadi idealnya, imunisasi sebelum menikah diambil paling lambat 6 bulan sebelum pernikahan, supaya saat tepat sebelum menikah, seluruh rangkaian imunisasi pengantin sudah lengkap.

Imunisasi Sebelum Menikah tapi Sudah Hamil. Bolehkah?

Boleh, namun tidak semua. Jika dikarenakan satu dan lain hal Anda sedang mengandung saat akan melaksanakan pernikahan, maka kami anjurkan supaya Anda mendapatkan vaksinasi yang dibolehkan bagi Ibu hamil.

Vaksin yang boleh diberikan / dianjurkan untuk ibu hamil :

  1. Vaksin Tdap (Tetanus, Difteri, Pertussis)
  2. Vaksin Influenza
